Murdoch Mason works with private equity, venture capital, and consumer-focused (retail, ecommerce, consumer goods) industries. Our typical searches are for CEO, C-Suite, SVP, VP, Director, and Manager levels. We recruit across all corporate functions, e.g., marketing, supply chain, procurement, product development, finance, accounting, sales, IT, merchandising, strategy. We conduct retained and engaged searches, but we will conduct exclusive contingent searches with new clients to demonstrate the positive difference in working with us.

What you bring
- At least 3 years of executive recruiting experience at an agency or leading your own firm
- Full cycle expertise: developing new business with client companies and sourcing candidates to fill positions
- Some business experience doing something other than recruiting (we pride ourselves on knowing multiple industries from the inside out)
- Sense of humor and genuineness
- High ethics and full commitment to our values: honesty, integrity, candor, responsiveness
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven experience working remotely in a home or private office
- Autonomous attitude: self-directed and highly motivated without the need for management
- Previous annual production of $150k-$500k
- The drive and desire to significantly increase your production and compensation
