And we need a talented ecommerce leader to make it happen.
 
Job Description
 
The Head of Ecommerce for China will own the entire P&L for the online business: platform management, marketing, traffic generation, revenue creation, etc. We are looking for an experienced ecommerce leader to grow the business and manage all online activities in China end-to-end.
 
You will assess and continue to build the country website, build new strategic partnerships, expand and improve existing relationships with key ecommerce partners and platforms. You get to redo partnerships and create new ones that enable growth. This is a great brand with good global equity, and unlimited upside for in-country growth. Work with the right marketing partners, build the right team, and see the business increase exponentially.
 
This role will lead a team in Shanghai and report directly to the global ecommerce executive leader in the United States. Current team of 10-15, can grow over time as sales and business needs expand.

Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have specific experience managing ecommerce for direct-to-consumer or retail companies in China. Fashion apparel experience preferred. Proven track record in ecommerce operations, online marketing, and digital strategy. You must be able to demonstrate your capability and experience to identify and implement marketing initiatives that increase traffic and sales, drive conversion, and build the relationships necessary to enable growth. And you must be willing (and excited) to set strategy while also working with your team to execute the operations and tactics needed to multiply the business.
 
Excellent communication skills are a must, both in English and Mandarin.
