Our firm is exclusively contracted with our client to bring them top ecommerce distribution talent for their fulfillment center (FC) network.
Key Capabilities
  • Retail and/or ecommerce DC leadership: you have successfully led a high-performing retail and/or ecommerce distribution center.
  • Performance-driven: you develop, manage, and execute to ensure that lofty goals are met. You constantly explore new ways to improve FC efficiency to improve the customer experience and reduce waste (cost, time, process).
  • Data-driven: you have a strong track record of compiling, analyzing, and using data to actually implement significant changes within your company.
  • Passionate about team development: clear background of hiring, mentoring, and building other leaders, with a consistent showing of people who grew up and out of operations into other company departments.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter: you easily break down complex scenarios into digestible formats for stakeholders. You ensure that stakeholders are regularly informed regarding fulfillment center performance.
  • Details are your friend: you know both the granular and high-level strategic information related to your business success, and you have a current and constant understanding of your DC's performance KPIs.
  • High accountability: you demonstrate a sense of ownership in all of your leadership, communications, and actions. You meet safety standards across all processes. 
  • Partnership focused: you heavily influence and proactively partner with leaders in other parts of the organization, and you look for areas where you can make a difference outside of your own vertical.
