Our healthcare client has a successful and growing business building technology and capital-intensive projects for outpatient procedures and offices. They're looking for a financial analyst with some corporate experience who wants to make a difference in their growing business. You'll interact with and influence executive leaders, and you'll gain significant breadth of experience in this role. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, smart, open to new ideas, finding ways to make process improvements...all with a great attitude and a desire to do a good job. With the team, and with integrity.
Candidates need to be local to the Nashville area or willing to move without relocation assistance. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance. Ideal base compensation range $60k-$70k.

  • Improve processes and lead change

  • Complete all budgeting, forecasting, and board meeting preparation with the team
  • Manage all debt financing for new growth and equipment
  • Analyze financial profitability
  • Evaluate capital expenditures
  • Conduct valuation analysis
  • Continuously work within and improve the annual budget cycle
  • Determine financial analysis for business development and new markets
  • Engage with senior management and director of finance on special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Phenomenal communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
  • Can juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and their interrelation
  • Advanced or expert-level Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Healthcare finance experience desired, but not required
